PMI-SP® Certification Exam Preparation Workshop
PMI‐SP® Certification from the Project Management Institute is the industry standard for demonstrating competence and a solid foundation of project scheduling skills. This workshop prepares participants to write the PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI‐SP) certification exam and provides the 23 hour educational credits. Provides an overview of the PMI scheduling framework for project management set out in the PMI Standard for Scheduling and the PMBOK Guide. |
