Course provides skills development training in creating a project human resource management plan, estimating resources, acquiring resources, developing, and managing the project team. The program also includes strategies for identifying stakeholders, creating a stakeholder engagement plan, managing stakeholder engagement, managing stakeholder expectations, monitoring stakeholder engagement and ultimately achieving stakeholder satisfaction.

The PMI-CTT Chapter conducts New Membership Orientation (NMO) sessions twice annually. The sessions are typically partnered with another chapter event and are designed to welcome you and provide information on what our Chapter is all about.  

NMOs are free of charge and are open to all new and existing members, new PMPs, and individuals who would like to become a member of our Chapter.
