This interactive presentation will explain the Agile and Disciplined Agile mindsets and how they are affecting our Project Management world. Differences between predictive and agile ways of working will be discussed and the Disciplined Agile toolkit will be presented, including the "Choose your Wow" concept and the various life cycles that belong to it. The PMI-ACP® Exam and its value for the marketability of a Project Management professional will be discussed, as well as its relationship with other certifications such as ScrumMaster, PMP® and the certifications belonging to the Disciplined Agile toolkit. Participants will also have the opportunity to discuss a logical career path in the Agile Project Management journey that they can adopt for themselves.
