Alcides has 20 years of experience in Project Management managing international projects in IT, web/media, engineering and aviation sectors in more than 10 different countries. Alcides is based in Canada and owns Santopietro Project Management (https://santopietro.ca), a firm based in Canada that provides project and career management training and mentoring across the globe. Alcides has been designing and delivering Project Management training courses and exam preparatory courses in multiple formats, different countries and languages for over 10 years (PMP® Prep Course, PMI-ACP® Prep Course, Fundamentals of Project Management, Project Cost Management, Project Risk Management, Earned Value Management, Project Planning, Project Portfolio Management and Project Management Business Games). He has been an active member of PMI since 2002, leading projects and mentoring professionals. Based in Montreal, Canada, Alcides used to be the VP of the PMI-Montréal board.
