Alcides has been designing and delivering Project Management training courses and exam preparatory courses in multiple formats, different countries and languages for over 10 years (PMP® Prep Course, PMI-ACP® Prep Course, Fundamentals of Project Management, Project Cost Management, Project Risk Management, Earned Value Management, Project Planning, Project Portfolio Management and Project Management Business Games). He has been an active member of PMI since 2002, leading projects and mentoring professionals.
