Alcides has been an active member of PMI since 2002, leading projects and mentoring professionals. Based in Montreal, Canada, Alcides was VP of the PMI-Montréal board and is now its Disciplined Agile Chapter Champion. Industrial Engineer with a master’s in project management, Alcides is PMP®, PMI-ACP®, CSM and DASSM certified and is a PMI Leadership Institute Masters Class alumnus.
